As a Professional Organizer, Karen believes that organizing your space and life creates more leisure time, relieves stress and improves life balance. Her clients learn to reclaim their space so they will know exactly what they have and where they have it. Her home office organizing strengths include setting up systems, files, labeling, expense reporting and using QuickBooks. Karen has a wide variety of expertise in residential organizing as well, including garages, children’s rooms, kitchens and master closets. She is also an experienced scrap booker and assists her clients in photo projects.
Active in life and in her community, Karen has run 23 marathons and knows what it takes to stick to a challenging goal while juggling multiple priorities. She also loves to swim, rollerblade and wants to learn to surf. In addition to her physical pursuits, Karen is a writer with several articles published in her hometown newspaper as well as on the web. She can be found at home relaxing with knitting and crocheting projects, is a mother of two sons and volunteers her time as a teacher’s assistant at the University of Santa Monica. Karen received her undergraduate degree from Whittier College and holds a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), Organizers’ Network of Orange County (ONOC) and is a trained FreedomFiler® Consultant.
